Hi,
As it is known there are two options of this model, 62193 (a dynamic smoke, illumination of wheels, light in a cabin, the sound decoder) and simplified 62190 (without decoder and a smoke).
We take a board of the locomotive and we study
It appears that a board bare (there are no LEDs for illumination)
ohm out
It becomes clear that illumination of wheels on 21 pin, and light in a cabin on the 2nd pin
We solder LEDs 0603 and resistors of 2 kOhms on a board
Now we do light in a cabin. We do a small board with resistors and the connector and we solder to a locomotive board
Now we put a board on a place and we fix on a double-side adhesive tape
we solder wires and the connector to a LED and we paste on a polystyrene slice
In the cabin there is a standard place where to be put an original board (the article 130804 for the order - €11,60)
and simply we insert our self-made board

If you have the programmator, it is necessary to set up a mapping
